4 rounds @ 11:33 PM

Wah afternoon was a great excerise for me. I ran 4 rounds round the track in school. hello 4 4 4 4 ROUNDS CONTINUOSLY. Others got to run only 2 rounds and I had to run 4 rounds. U might think is unfair rite? But actually is not because I didn't run the last week; forgotten to bring my sportshoes OOPS =P. I was hoping teacher might juz forgotten about the 2 extra rounds, but she suddenly said to the class," Who owe me 2 rounds, who arh?" I had not choice but to admit. HA I thought of running 3 rounds and jus forget it but I dunno why I kept telling myself not to give up and I continued to run until I really finished the 4th round. WOSH! then, when I got up to the spectator view seats to report to my teacher, she said I was great and had sportmanship. I felt so GOOD to hear her saying that. YES! I am GREAT INDEED! =) HAHA after my aerobics lesson, HAHA I still went to the gym and play with the running machine. HAHA, I did only 0.17Km and I stopped because my friend was waiting for me. hmmmm.... I am so happy today. YEAH!
